It is Keylynx policy to sell certain types of machinery and equipment to businesses only. If an item is identified as “Not For Sale to Private Parties”, only bids made on behalf of a registered business will be considered valid and the winning bidder will be required to present evidence of business status upon pick-up of the item.
Payment will be accepted in person only at Keylynx at the time of pick-up unless otherwise stated. Payment may be in the form of business or cashier’s check. Pick-ups are to be made by appointment only.
The Buyer agrees to submit payment and remove items won or purchased on the day specified unless other arrangements have been made and agreed to by Seller. Items not removed within the agreed upon timeframe will be considered abandoned and will be subject to immediate disposal.
SELLER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO RESTRICT USE OF THE WEBSITE FOR ANY REASON.
When items are listed together as a lot, you are bidding on the entire lot and all the items in the lot are expected to be removed in the specified time.
ALL Sales Are Final
